From the first cut to the final bond, this is the equipment and the operations that turn your specification into glass: CNC cutting, bending, toughening, lamination and inspection, in one manufacturing operation.

Five stages. One connected process.

The exact route depends on the glass system. These are the key operations behind the range.

Glass sheets and handling equipmentSTEP 01
Materials. Float glass from Saint-Gobain India and Emirates Float Glass, Dubai. Interlayers are chosen for the construction and application.
CNC glass processing tableSTEP 02
Cutting and finishing. Bottero CNC cutting and diamond edge finishing, with a cutting tolerance of ±0.2mm on the safety glass line.
Toughening furnace and glass conveyorSTEP 03
Bending and toughening. Gas and electric furnaces for custom bends, and a dedicated toughening unit for flat and bent toughened glass.
Autoclave and glass handling racksSTEP 04
Lamination. Clean assembly, dedicated pre-pressing and autoclave processing. In-house ceramic printing for customer-specific needs.
Prepared glass sheetsSTEP 05
Inspection. Safety glass follows a TQM approach with 3 QC checks. Toughened and ballistic products follow their own testing.

Where is the CLSG plant?

The CLSG manufacturing plant is at Village Sevli (P.S. Rai), Distt. Sonepat, Haryana 131029. The corporate office is at HSG House, D-3, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi 110085.

What processes are done in house?

Bottero CNC cutting with diamond edge finishing, ceramic printing, bending in gas and electric furnaces, toughening on a Lever furnace, interlayer assembly, pre-pressing on a dedicated TAMGlass line and autoclave lamination.

What is the largest size you can make?

Safety glass can be bent up to 2770 × 4000mm. Flat toughened glass goes up to 2400 × 3660mm and bent toughened glass up to 1540 × 2140mm. The autoclave takes glass over 10 ft high and 12 ft wide.

How is quality checked?

Safety glass follows a TQM approach with 3 QC checks. Toughened and bullet resistant glass follow their applicable inspection and testing requirements, and a material test certificate (MTC) is available on request.

Do you make custom glass to a drawing?

Yes. Send the drawing with dimensions, application, glass construction and any required standard. There is no MOQ for flat toughened or flat laminated glass. Bent safety glass and bullet resistant glass have a committed MOQ, and below it a one-time development charge applies.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We dispatch PAN India from our plant in Sonepat, Haryana, from Jammu and Kashmir to Kerala, and export to 20+ countries.
