A truck windshield maker that started with windshields
CLSG began in 1987 by laminating vehicle windshields, so a truck windshield is familiar work for this plant. We supply laminated front glass and toughened cabin glass for trucks and other commercial vehicles, made at our Sonepat, Haryana facility and sold direct, with no trader in the middle.

Laminated truck windshield
The truck front window is laminated: two glass panes bonded to a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer. When a stone hits it, the glass cracks, but the pieces stick to the interlayer and the screen stays in the frame. We build it to the size and curve of your model, with the same REAL SAFE Laminated Glass know-how that runs through our building glass.
Toughened door and side glass
Doors and side windows take toughened glass, heated close to its softening point and cooled fast with air. If it does break, it falls into small, blunt pieces instead of long shards. Our Real Tuf Toughened Glass line covers this cabin glass.
Why toughened glass is used on doors and sides
The heat and fast air quench makes toughened glass 4 to 5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness, which is why it suits the doors and side windows that take daily knocks on a working truck.
Rear and quarter glass
Truck back glass and small quarter lights are toughened too. Toughened glass can't be cut or drilled once it's been heat treated, so every hole and notch is made first, from the drawing or sample you send.

Automotive glass from CLSG is approved by ARAI and CIRT Pune, and specific models built for major OEMs carry e-certification from UTAC, France and RDW, Netherlands. The plant runs to IATF 16949:2016 (certificate 0444022, SGS), the quality system the motor industry works to.

What is the truck front glass price?
It depends on the model, because size and curve vary a lot from one cab to the next. Send the make, model and year and we'll quote the screen, with GST and transport shown separately.
Do you fit truck glass?
No. We make and supply the glass only. Fitting is done by your workshop, body builder or a fitter of your choice.
Is a truck windscreen laminated or toughened?
The windscreen is laminated, so it stays in the frame when cracked. Doors, side windows and back glass are usually toughened, which breaks into small blunt pieces.
Are your truck windscreens approved?
Glass CLSG makes for vehicles is approved by ARAI and CIRT Pune. Specific models built for major OEMs also hold e-certification from UTAC, France and RDW, Netherlands.
What is the lorry front glass price?
Lorry front glass and truck front glass are the same part under two names, and we price them the same way: by make, model, year and quantity. Send those and you'll get a rate, with GST and transport extra.
Can I order truck back glass on its own?
Yes. Truck back glass is toughened and quoted by model or drawing. Order it alone, or with the windshield and door glass as one set so it all ships together.
Is the truck windshield made to the original curve?
Yes. Each truck windshield is built to the size and curve of your model, or to the drawing or sample you send, so it sits in the original frame without packing or trimming.
